The left side i Cut with a die grinder and cut wheels took 3 hours! So i went out and started my power tool collection by buying a 4.5" Ryobi Angle Grinder with a 2 year warranty for 40 bucks. It took 15 Minutes with the Angle Grinder! Helluva lot better. Well i trimmed the funny bottom lips off that apparently only come on Hardbodies not pathfinders(why i dont know) Sorry for the shitty cell pics girlfriend is out of town with the digi camera

I would not cut any part of my ARB unless I had to for install purposes.

I could only ask for more meat on the ARB. My bumper has taken all kinds of hits everywhere.

As fare as power tools goes. I have a dewalt $100 sawzall and $25 black and decker angle grinder. The dewalt sawzall has been a champ. I also have a portable set of torches.
