The bones of two hula dancers were found late Sunday in a remote area near a campground. Investigators found unusual teeth marks in the bones as if they were cooked and eaten, and then picked clean. Passersby also reported a horrible smell coming from an enormous pile of scat found several hundred yards from the crime scene. The 184-pound pile of scat was analyzed and found to contain a brassiere, a lei, and 3 teeth from one of the dancers, as well as what appears to be bits of underwear. The perpetrator of this heinous crime has not yet been located, however, a Chrysler Sebring convertible was seen leaving the area the day before with a very large gentleman and an unidentified woman. The large gentleman was also seen loading a BBQ grill and large containers of salt and pepper into the trunk of the car. Currently the license numbers are being traced, and the large man is wanted for questioning.

Yeah, that would have been an excellent meal.

Yep. Also played around by the "blow hole" for a bit. It went off, and scared the crap out of some dude that was by us. THAT was funny!

The pictures are a great treat man. Did you get to go all the way around from Hanna or did you come back down the way you went up? It looked like you got around to the little church where Lindbergh's buried. Beyond that there's a few miles where it looks just like parts of Arizona and then you come around a corner and BAM you're back in the rain forest. Maui's cool but so many people think so you need a Ph.D. to get a dishwashing job. Happy Honeymoon memories Greg. Congratulations for going before you got too old and grey to walk to the waterfalls.

I had to take the north (380) to and from. I was going to go to Seven Pools too, but it was getting late, and I didn't feel like driving home on the 380 with it being dark and me being tired.

So, we decided to turn around at Hana, and after getting back to Kahului, we ate at Mama's Fish House... holy crap! Was that good, but EXPENSIVE. Our dinner ended up around 160 bux with a tip... 2 entrees, and one appetizer.
