I just enabled avatars for the site. You can choose one of the already loaded ones, or you can use a URL to one you have hosted somewhere.

These avatars are not to be pics of your trucks. Those need to remain in your signature!

The size for the avatars needs to be no larger than 50 x 50.

If they are too large, I will notify you that it needs to be changed. The larger the avatar, the longer pages will take to load and those with dial up will most likey commit boardacide.

Just so everyone is aware - we found out that with the last upgrade, this became a permission that I had to set which defaulted to not allowed.

That has now been fixed - so you can all use avatars now - and if what you want to use isn't in our list, you can use a custom avatar by putting in a URL of where that pic is hosted.

One more thing guys -

Please keep your avatars the appropriate size!! If it makes the post too large, make it smaller! If you look at the space you have for an avatar - it is only about 1.5 inches wide - so PLEASE do not make your avatar pics wider than that!!
