Our new upgrade on the board now queries the database when you log on to see if I have updated any required fields for profiles. If I have udpated them and you lack that information in your profile, when you log on it will take you to your profile and require you to fill out those fields before you can actually log in.

Do you have a firewall
Do you have a pop up blocker
Are you receiving an error? If so, a print screen of exact information of that error will help.
