I'm not saying don't try to get the best deal you can. Here are some things to think about. At a junk yard you go and pull your own parts. You manually do 95-100% of the work. When ordering used parts keep in mind the seller has to manually pull the parts.

I'm more concerned with shipping costs and trying to get some money for parting out this truck. I'm not greedy, but I need money to pay for repairs and parts to my 1994 nissan!

If someone offers me $20 for a part that costs $15 to ship, it's pretty darn harsh. To pay with paypal means I'm being fined $1 for the transaction, so we're down to recovering $4 for said part.

If that part takes 2 hours (or more) to remove then I just wasted a lot of time to get $2/hour pay. For someone like myself whom works far from home and only gets to spend 16 to 24 hours at home a week, spending very precious time removing parts rather than paying bills and doing laundry is not time well spent.

MY1PATH,

I have the air filter housing removed, and packed up. Not enough room for any other parts in it. Comes with rubber gasket, and 2 hoses that are still good. (The rest were not).

$40 total price shipped.

k_h,

Those hinges have already been sold.

The rear driveshaft or the front?

Um... I'd REALLY like if the parking brake worked. At least until after I move this year.

I need the rear one. Yes, it would not be a good idea if the brakes are non operational.

Can you look at where the t-case shifter boot mounts to the center console - there should be some metal channel clips that hold the boot to the console. Do you have those? I need them!

It won't fit all in the same box, so I don't see how it could be of any savings to you.

Also, the steering wheel is in rough shape, and I don't think that you'd be happy with it. Plus I think I broke something trying to get it off! Frown
