2002

The wheel studs have been the same on all D22 trucks though, and I've pulled studs out of a WD21 Pathfinder that were also the same.

Dennis, did you come up with anything?

Also, can you confirm the stock threadpitch is 12x1.25?

DR, Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. Nissan Motorsports does not offer any studs for trucks. The thread pitch is 12x1.25.

Well, I'm still batting zero. I've tried two different types of ET lugs but the stud holes on the rims are too small for them, so unless I want to have the rims drilled out, I'm back to looking for longer studs.

Dennis, can you compare a D21/D22 wheel stud to a 240SX one and tell me if the splined portion is the same? The only longer Nissan studs I can find are for a 240SX application, but I'm hoping they're the same.

Some further specs I've found. Here's what I think I need:

12x1.25 pitch
13mm knurl
14mm shoulder
50mm length

Factory specs show the stock rear stud with a 12.83mm knurl, and the fronts with a 13mm. Do you guys show separate part numbers for front and rear on a 2002 Xterra? Think I can squeeze a 13mm knurl stud into a hole made for 12.83mm without drilling?

I'm wondering if these will work:

http://www.mysr20.com/product_p/icb-ns-122550s.htm

Lastly, I wonder if there's room to wiggle in a 50mm stud without having to pull the axle shafts....

Ugh, this is turning into a huge pain in the ass.

The studs are different frt/rear on the WD22/D22U. They both measure 12.83 at the splines. frt 37.2mm total rr 44.3mm
I do not have the 240 studs to compare.

Thanks. Might take my chances with the ones in the link I posted then.

Welp, I bought the studs in the link I posted a couple posts back and they worked perfectly. So as a note to others - 13mm knurl is good for trucks.

How much longer are those studs over stock?
And has anyone figured out how you can use Nissan studs/lugs on the Waggy Dana 44?

I'd hate to have two different sets of lug nuts. It's just begging for disaster for me.

They're 50mm. Stockers are about 40. having different thread pitch front to rear isn't a big deal.
