My wife is going to be on call all saturday so I cant wander far. Frown

Besides I wouldnt want to stack so many rocks, create so many new bypasses or hold anyone up so long that they would have to close the trail. Razz I am one of many unprepared, stock truck drivers, attempting trails we have no business being on.

Also, Id be quilty X2 because my front crank seal leaks. smiley40

Confused

I was just joking in response to this I hd just read....

quote:
Of course I've leaked on the trail. Everyone has. Rock stacking and bypass making leads to people with under-equipped rigs trying to run trails they shouldn't attempt. Then they break, and leak fluids, etc. The bypass making by under-equipped rigs leads to the demolition of plants and the like being run over and destroyed.

Good. I wouldn't want your underequipped POS on the strap behind me anyway.

BTW, I'm out. The wedding is at 3pm Sat. That doesn't leave me enough time to drive back to the EV to pick up my date, and head back out to Luke. I guess if we started at like 6am.. But then I'd be too tired to drive home at like midnight... haha

Well I get off a little late, close to dark. What I can do is post some pics tomorrow. They are on my other PC.

Basically, for the front just take off the flares, cut the offending sheet metal and reattach the flares. The only tricky part is re-attaching the flares. I found a few random screws and put them where needed then cut off and un-needed flare.

The back side of the rear wheel well is also a little tricky because there will be an opening after you cut(if more than an inch if I recall).

Where is it rubbing.

So to regroup here, Is this correct?

Those attending are:

Myself
Dennis
Mike (thanatoz)

I am still up for running it if it is just this group, will make it go quickly as well.

For a meeting place, there is a Phillips 66 on Jackrabbit Trail(exit prior to - east of Watson). If you exit the 10 and turn left onto Jackrabbit, it should be right there. Here is a map.

I'm not going to make it guys, my tcase linkage won't be in till Wed. Nobody in town stocks it. I guess I could try the bone yards, but I don't have time to spend all afternoon searching. Be kinda useless to go out with no 4WD. This blows, everytime I get ready to go wheeling something stops me, maybe I should just sell the damn truck and get a Goped. Complain
