Here are directions if you are coming from the south.

I95 north to I295 North (exit 337). Take I295 27.6 miles to US1 North (exit 27B). Head North till you get to US301 (approx. 10-12 miles) in the city of Callahan. Head South on US301 for 3 miles and turn right on to Sandyford Rd. go until the road ends at a 4-way stop, turn left there and follow the signs.

If you need other directions check the site Backyard Bash or get a hold of me. Aaron, I think your best bet is to take I95 South to I10 East to I295 North and then follow the one above.

when are you leaving/coming back. are you staying up over night and whats it cost to get in?

I was thinking of spending the evening before but might leave the day of. If I leave the day of I'll be leaving at about 6 a.m. because I have to help set up. I'll be coming home that night though. I'll let you know who is going from around here and maybe you can caravan with them.

I won't be able to make it to the event, but I am going into the Army in July, be done with training in November and probably be stationed at Fort Bragg, it sounds like. Just looking for people to wheel with down there.

I did'nt think you would make it cause it happened 4 days ago. I'm sorry, I could not resist ribbing ya on that. But you never know where you'll be next year. I'll post up the dates when they become available.

Joining the Army, I have one thing to say. Don't believe anything the recruiter said to you.

I went and talked to the recruiter after I decided to join, the best people to talk to are the enlisted men that are already in. I have airborne in my contract, so there are a lots less home bases than just infantry, but there are a few places I could end up.
