Well I would prefer to run AZ since I know it so well already. I know that certain states have a dollar amount that you can pay each year for repairs and then you get a waver. If that works, maybe that will work for the first year or so. I'm very pleased with my rebuilt 408. I had everything done right this time around. However, if it is as simple as getting a new Performer manifold with the EGR valve option that is only $200 bucks. Then with a new EGR valve and hose I should be able to pass the visual inspection. Everything else on my rig runs great. Piss poor mileage (11mpg), but great tow rig.
