The info he left out was that it rides rough. That doesnt exactly scream fraud to me. And Ive sold a couple vehicles, and I have never listed the comfort level. Buyers should know what kind of ride based on what kind of vehicle they are looking at. Its his mistake. A bid is a contract. It even says that when you sign up, when you bid, and when you win. There is no way around it.

i think there´ll be just one way to avoid things like that-cancel every bid from guys who didn´t come over and see the rig.but-there were 78 people watching the zook on ebay,but no one came and drove it.so next time i think i cut the thing apart and sell the parts...than no one can say "it isn´t what i expected..."

been to the lawyer today.great news!he says,the guy broke the contract he made by placing his bid..-normally,lawyer would force him to pay the difference between his bid and new buyers bid-that would be about 1100euros...now i have to wait a few days,to give that man time to respond.i phoned my romanian friend-just for the case he refuses to pay-but he can´t find his ak-47 anymore...

Whenever I'm shopping on e-bay I bid as if the item was in the store. Whatever I bid on, I buy. If there's something I did not think of that's my bust. I did no do my homework.

i´m sorry-a young guy from bad tölz bought it...
he was quite happy to get that thing.would have been a nice trip-but it would have taken a few months to bring that thing over to the u.s....:-)going through russia and then along the polar circle to their pacific coast and wait for the winter ´til behring-sea is frozen...and all that with the sammy-heating and....
