The only thing I dose these days is a teaspoon or more of REALSALT ,depending on how hot it is/ relative humidity /how much water/food intake and my level of muscle cramping/ strength levelblah blah,,,, when I'm working. My favorite Croce tune was "If you've never been out on a Saturday night, you've never been out at all". I don't think the song ever made it on a record but I saw it live and it still makes me smile.
