i´ve been to the grafenwöhr training area.
there was this huge german-american friendship festival.i got there to have some of the famous bbq-stuff the u.s.guys sell there Eyes.but i wondered:
there was a bavarian "bierzelt" too -but some of your guys didn´t know they´ll get one litre if they order a "mass bier" Beer sign.some of them seemed quite busy to get that mug empty... smiley12 smiley1
don´t you americans prepare your troops better before you send them to foreign countries? :smiley8
but-if someone knows one of that guys, tell him it was a great festival they organzed there!

Az BBQ is lame.Kansas City is the BBQ capital of the universe.Alex would choke on the shoe leather you guys call meat down there, unless you guys clean up the cockleburrs and sand out of it first. My Az friends always have me bring midwestern beef with me when I come down.In my neck of the woods,BBQ is a religion smiley32

Yeh I've forced myself to eat KC BBQ, and yep it's mighty tasty. AZ is not really known for BBQ per se because everybody knows everyone here is from somewhere else. I would cook up and serve my own righteous smoked brisket TEXAS style. You can come and enjoy too. Cool

My offset smoker/cooker wont fit in the x besides it takes atleast 8 hours, 20-30 lbs of chunk charcoal plus the same in wood, to make true BBQ, brisket takes even longer.
