Of course he is coming to Barnwell

Before I got him this dog was highly socialized and he is a puppy. He is submissive to most other dogs right off the bat due to his age. Most dogs get along just fine with him OR they growl and he backs down...no problem.

Pretty soon I am going to try to teach him to pee on tires, but since he doesn't yet lift his leg it will be hard.

How is he on a leash?

He wasn't in my mom's backyard. I don't need to worry about a leash in a fenced in area, but in the open he tends to go after moving things like birds and cats. I have to make sure his recall is good.

That area my Mom lives in is just south of Fort Worth and all the houses there are on 1 acre lots. The builders (DR Horton) screwed up and most of the home owners also got mineral rights to half of their land. See that gas rig in the background? There are three more around like it already finished and paying my mom and her husband $$$ every month.

There are several houses right by my mother's for sale and the prices range from $220 - $280.
