Gotta have the drag brake. I don't know how I would drive without it.

When you build the axles, make sure to push the pinion ALL THE WAY into the housing. If you think it's in as far as it goes, it still might not be all the way in there. You might not be able to tell until everything is put together and it doesn't spin easily.

And you've got a PM.

Here's some pics from tonight's progress. I still have a lot to go, like the tires and beadlocks. Will, how much did you trim off the foam, or do you not run it?

Anyway, here's some pics:

The mess of parts:

and a bunch of random pics:

Yeah, that's looking like a cheaper hobby and think of the garage space I'd clear up....

1998 Frontier 4x4, 2002 Xterra 4x4, 2007 AWD Murano, 1970 Chevy CST10 lowrider, and an Intruder VS800.

I dreamt I was a muffler last night. When I woke up, I was exhausted.

Cheaper yes, but I've sunk more money into 2 of these things than I've spent on the WD21 in the past, I dunno, 5 years. The Pathy straight up dominates the trails(dirt roads) here.

As for the foams, you'll have to just play around with it. The Flat Irons are pretty stiff so I cut the foams almost in half then put the bigger halves in the front and smaller in the back. Some people drill holes in the wheels to let air escape but I haven't felt the need for that.

That thing came with socket head screws all around? I'm jealous...

Yeah, pretty much. There's some cross point screw heads too, but maybe only 4 or so. Most of it is allen head. 3 different sizes.

Yeah, I just pretty much have to put the beadlocks together, and I'm done. Do you have any advice for putting those on? Or is it just smashing the tire in there? lol

Man, I couldn't tear myself away from that thing last night, haha.
