Ok so i saw this samy on autotrader and its in cincinatti, a good 2 hour or so drive.. But anyways just wanted another opinion on whether ya'll think this is a good deal or not. Probably gonna be a DD for now so i can get the HB under the torch. If anyone has any personal experience with these things or suzukis in general that'd be awesome, kinda to know what to look for and what not.

A friend of mine has one and it isn't too bad.Good gas mileage,pretty sturdy,but kind of gutless for wheelin'.

I had a crazy friend once(he shot his head off with a Desert Eagle) that used to flog the crap outa his Sami. He would drive on every curb and over every island, and when he went off road he would roll it every time. It was a trooper and worked good for a while, smelled alot like burning baby after we would roll it back over though.

If its an 88 sammi you can drop a volkswagen 1.6 tdi engine in there with a few adapter plates and your golden for power.

Ive been researching this because my X is guzzling gas and Id like something I can destroy offroad while im paying off my truck and for some reason I cant justify a pathy or a HB just yet.

You can grab a running sammy for 5-9 hundred bucks if you look hard enough.
