In addition to the prison sentence Thursday, a federal judge gave Eretza-Flores three years of supervised release.

So does this mean he isn't going to prison on our tax dollars or that he gets to stay in the US for ANOTHER 3 years after his prison sentance on our tax dollars?

I liked this part: "According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, one of the rocks went between the helicopter's main rotor blades and almost hit the door. The pilot had to make an emergency evasive maneuver."

Evasive action from a rock? I feel sorry for our side if a rock is a viable threat.
