Get a goat to nibble the weeds down so they're not so high- so you can see nesting sites. And wear shoes barefoot boy....I hate insect bites on an extremity.. Does it itch much? Good  Anything to promote circulation, I would think to help get rid of the poison faster. Try a foot soak in hot water- hot as you can stand to promote blood flow- mix in some epsom salt. Keep flexing your foot up and down while soaking. Go running afterwards, your muscles exercising will help pump the lymphatic system in your leg to help get rid of the toxin sooner.
