God bless Hawaii and it's rain.

So I hired a great concrete guy here in Hawaii to pour and stamp my slab. It was looking awesome what with the added color then BAM, it started to rain and f**ked it all up. So I just spent $2500 on a new patio slab and will probably have to drop another grand now on an epoxy overlay then restamp. Owning a house can be expensive.

I got really lucky pouring my slab, it thought about spitting a couple times. I wouldn't even consider pouring a slab right now without putting a tent over it. rains every day.

so, what actually got messed up? I have no clue, figured with concrete doesn't it just dry out eventually and it's all good?

I've pored concrete before. Something I will always pay and expert to do.
