I need a remedy for what is ailing me. smiley26
I stepped on a yellow jacket and it stung the bottom of my foot. So what kind of goat weed should I get? Big Grin

Big Grin Big GrinGet a goat to nibble the weeds down so they're not so high- so you can see nesting sites. And wear shoes barefoot boy....

I hate insect bites on an extremity.. Does it itch much? Good Razz

Anything to promote circulation, I would think to help get rid of the poison faster.

Try a foot soak in hot water- hot as you can stand to promote blood flow- mix in some epsom salt. Keep flexing your foot up and down while soaking.

Go running afterwards, your muscles exercising will help pump the lymphatic system in your leg to help get rid of the toxin sooner. Oops, you need new knees- but you're a young punk. How'd that happen trauma, bad jeans or Wink crappy southern diet?

There's no way I could run on it right now, since it's on the bottom of my foot Big Grin It doesn't itch yet but it hurts like hell. Last time I was stung by one it wasn't this bad.

As for the knees, wakeboards and motorcycles. The pair of jeans I had on during the last motorcycle incident became bad, if that counts.

WinkThe "jeans " crack was a play on genes.

YOu hot soak it yet( epsom salt)? All links point to it's benefits in this instance. It's not expensive at all.

SCratch that- use cold compresses of
"Epsom salty" water.

We already know the answer, regardless of the medical problem. Proper Diet, exercise, and one or more of about a dozen supplements regularly taken by Mr.Goatweed himself.

I didn't find any epsom salt, but soaking it in the Chattahoochee helped somehow. It's almost back to normal.

lol Well not quite...it was about to rain and I was in a hurry and didn't bother with shoes.

They have been all over the ground lately. I guess there's a nest somewhere in the yard.
