From June 24th thru the 2nd of July. Stacy's family and I are using their timeshare at Oceanside...

I would like to get together with all ya'll, and maybe do a BBQ or something. Also, I am wanting to go deep sea fishing again. Will probalby do that sometime during the week, but it is all still up in the air.

Yeah, we caught several fish. I took home 2 14lb sandbass, and lost another to a sea lion :conmplain:

It was a freakin blast tho. I cannot wait to go again.

Hey Bill, incase you want to take them to see the fireworks at SeaWorld, they are nightly at 9:50. That would explain why we didn't see them last week.

It was a 3/4 day Coronado Island trip. Go to http://www.seaforthlanding.com to see prices and trip info. They are located just off Sea World Dr and Mission Bay West... they big Hyatt is within walking distance. (If that gives reference).

There was an old vietnamese lady who was no more than 5ft tall on this trip... she hooked and brought up a 32lb white seabass. That fish was like 3.5 ft long! It was freakin awesome... she kept yelling "Horry shit." I lost it.

For awhile, the suits there had a policy of not allowing offduty law enforcement to bring a firearm inside.

That got recinded quickly as legislation moved forward specificaly allowing such a thing at a federal level.

I was just in Valley Center today.. but am now back in Phoenix. seems like I'm commuting over there quite often now.

Got back from Cali late last night.

We stayed at the timeshare alot because it was right on the beach. Got a nice tan now,

Tuesday, we went on our fishing trip to the Coronado Island. I caught 3 barracuda measuring 30"-37." Snagged 1 16lb sandbass. Took in tons of solefish, but did not keep any. I also took in my limit of sculpin.

Wednesday, we went to Pacific beach to hang out and walk the boardwalk... picked up a coupla shot glasses.

It was nice to not do anything but sit on the beach and check out all the hotties. Damn, there were tons of em,

Oh, we were told we got here at a good time, because in Oceanside (where we stayed), was having the "Red Tide." At night time, the waves that were breaking farther out, would light up bright blue... like someone was shining a black light under the water! It was freakin awesome.

Red Tide, eh? SO....why do they call it that if it's not red?

daytime looks red- nightime is like aurora borealis (it glows)
