I think I am ready, still.... but I do have a clicking coming from the driver side hub when engaged (not even in 4wd), once un-engaged, clicking goes away. Manual Hub? U-Joint?

Polish out the scratches I got from last AZ Run and MOAB.

If your getting a clicking from your hubs take them apart and make sure there engaging and disengaging properly. I snapped the set of warns that came on my axle because they were not engaged properly.

Been busy this week with the truck. Here's the stuff I've done either in the last week or in the last couple months:
*Replaced and rerouted a ton of wiring
*Reconnected the front bumper Hella 500's
*Reconnected CB PA speaker
*Installed and mounted On-board air compressor
*Installed LED tap-lights in the camper shell over the compessor and tool box
*Replaced/Installed Reverse lights on camper shell
*Upgraded CB antenna to Wilson 1000
*New tires
*Reconnected ABS toggleswitch

Things I still need to do. Most of this will be done in Jan./Feb:
*Oil Change
*Replace LCA ball joint. (the boot on it is torn, can I just replace that somehow or no?)
*Replace radiator hoses, cap, rotor, plugs, wires, belts
*drain and fill front and rear diffs, transmission and t-case
*Complete seafoam treatment
*Paint sliders
*Install skidplates
*Replace stock tie-rod with Calmini tie-rod on the passenger side

I'm sure I'll think of more stuff, but that's the bulk of it right now.

You can get universal boot kits at Napa, but you will have to remove the nut and spindle to get a new boot on the LBJ.

- add another coat of bedliner to the inside.

That's about it, I should have the first two of those done by the October 11th camping trip on 4-peaks so I can give them a good test run.

I think this post jinxed me... So here is the new and improved list:

--for the truck
-replace the steering knuckles with Ried Racing knuckles (Dedenbear) - DONE!
-re-engineer my transfer case crossmember to allow the engine/transfer case to move when the frame flexes so I stop stressing the joint between the transmission and transfer case adapter causing the bolts to come loose. - Fabrication work is done, I will be reassembling everything tonight.

--for the trailer
- Airbag 4-link suspension - DONE (have to fix leaks in the air lines)
- 3 axis hitch
- add another coat of bedliner to the inside. - DONE
- Re-do the water tank lines to stop leaks.

Uh....where are the pics, Brent? Confused

I WANT PICS DAMNIT!!!! I have the first of 4 sections of my trailer built but have so many things going on. I really want to dump cams in the caR50 and have the trailer ready, but of course it is all up to fundage. I still have to re-link and re-spring the rear.
