The boys and I got in at around 5:00 AM Central time. (3:00 AM AZ time.)
The trip went smoothly and the weather was great the whole way.

Thanks for your well-wishes upon our departure. Your thoughts and prayers saw us safely home. We miss you guys already. Frown

Apparently when my axle shaft busted it got some metal fragments in my outer hub bearing. In about 1 mile the bearing literally disintegrated and the wheel just about fell off (held on by the caliper).

Need a new spindle, axle shaft, hub lock and bearings and it should be good to go.

I left Saturday night about 730pm. Just got in about 10 mins ago. Took a 3hr nap in a rest stop this morning. Dropped the Patrol off at the CBI shop before I came home. It took 20hrs or something to drive home. 2500 miles round trip...but comming home always takes 2x as long!

I had a fun week... Chug
