My answer was to almost roll the truck while she was in it...

That fixed that... No more wife on the trails!

Ah... the peace and freedom of being away... I can't wait till I get my X fixed!

The first time I went wheeling, I had a really loud whining coming from the passenger side. It eventually got so loud that I had to stop the truck.......and let her out.

Seriously, though, my wife simply does not care for off-roading. However, she is cool with me and the boys running off to play. It gives her a chance to go shopping, go the the movies with her mom, hang out with her friends, help out at the church, etc.

I just have to be sure and balance it with some family stuff that we can ALL do together. Wheeling just doesn't fall into that category.

It's a fine line between clever and stupid.

Thats cool, I am saving myself for J anyway! Razz

As for not bringing my wife, we are stll happy together after 15 years. If she did not want to go, I would be o.k. with it. She likes it, but this trip maybe just a little much for her, So making her comfortable will allow me to spend more money on wheeling.

They were in a box back n the condo.. Wink

Lesson learned that day-
Gears or a locker sure would've helped on tip-over challenge. Off camber wheelstands w/ a clutch don't make it any easier either..
Big Grin
I was unsuccesful the year earlier same obstacle, and when I told her we'd try again this year (what you see in video), she asked, "What's different now?" I told her, "the 2" body lift." smiley4
