Camp clothes Cloth shorts two pair socks bandana 2 shirts 2 under swim trunks big towel water shoes thongs Hike out Pants shirt socks hiking undershorts Tent balnket and Fleece bag waterpot knife fork spoon dish towel pot holder little stove, 2 propane air mattress little 2 1/2 cup pot roll of tp deoderant toothpaste Two Mountain House meals, PB and crackers, oatmeal, Summer sausage, coffee singles three little Kaluhas 4 Clif bars Mystery cooler  Meh. |

 Hammock and rope Powder and bodyglide Biodegradeable soap Headlamp Second SKin Emergency blanket and poncho cotton balls Ace Bandage Capstick, sunscreen, Aloe lotion Tiny flashlight 2 clif bars swiss army knife Extra water bottle with duct tape wrapped on it Mesquito repellant Can opener Jacket gum, lifesavers. Loaded and with my Platypus full it's 15 pounds. Meh. |

Okay, can't go without, so we are getting an extra mule....
I have already taken one spot....between the rest of the group of eight they should have extra stuff to fil lit up. Ughhhh. At least I got all of the original stuff in there. Now I just need to feel better, felling real blah. Took an inadvertant nap this afternoon. Meh. |

I drink water for blah
 , naps are good.I don't see a sun hat  ,  electrolytes,  vitamins or  minerals on your list.Lately , I'm tending to load up on calcium and magnesium( for instance) for  cramping issues after overexertion. My day pack will contain: Water, water, water. Energy bars (about 6) Some Jerky First Aid kit Powder Leatherman Camera mini maglight extra socks bandana (bille, my vitamins are in my overnight bag, so don't even ask!
