If its really needed, the owner has a sweet shop on site. he has been more than generous in the past and gave us use of the shop and its tools. using it i was able to get my exhaust in good enough shape to drive home after i smashed my y pipe. i think his name is Steve, but the owner is a super nice guy.

I know there's a welder at RR. I'm not looking for temporary work.

I need the sliders welded and possibly some under body armor fabbed up.

Monday I noticed something. oct 19-22 is my weekend to work. This week I've been trying to swap weekends with a coworker. Hopefully everything goes well.

this week i found why my truck vibrates like it has a broken cv even when the hubs arent locked, the crossmember that holds the diff in place up front has torn up bushings. i can twist the driveshaft easily by hand and watch the diff pop up and down. im just going to go grab one from the junk yard.

Is this just a weekend run, or is it bigger, and where is River Rock?

It's a private ORV park you rent the park out for weekend events. Each participant has to pay a fee to use the park. For the southeast it's the premier off road park.

I just put in my order with automotive customizers. I should have ordered my parts in sooner. Doesn't even look like I'll have slider for talico.

I got my bumpstops off and killed a Black Widow living near the gas tank.

2 weeks...It's gonna be close. Still don't have steering...

I tried to get a rush on the sliders. Even stated I'll pay a extra fee. A/c still said it would be 6-8 weeks before the rock sliders will ship.

I also a front skid and a rear h233b axle skid. I should have those installed before riverrock. It's a week to manufacture those and ship them out.

I hope everything goes well. I've been around and around with ac before about items they had to order in. Front lsd being a good example.

I have 2 new items to add... actually get my truck delivered, and actually move to Florida.

So does that mean your coming? Did you find a place yet?

Doubt I'm coming, I don't even have my truck yet, and right now I'd be VERY suspect of it's ability to wheel for a weekend, then drive me to work every day without a single problem... especially since it's only got 50 miles on it and I already wiped out all 4 leaf springs.
