didn't know about the 25 year old rule thing but, it would look sweet with some 35's. then again $11,000......?  ?

a safari is simply a japanese Patrol. Suzuki or something owns the rights to the name safari so outside Japan they can't call it a safari. Which is why the go by Patrols everywhere but Japan. It has been this way since 1980... And if buying one I would make sure to get a SWB with factory PTO winch. Just do a search for Nissan Patrol or Nissan Safari at this website, http://www.trademe.co.nz/
