I want to put both front and rear axles from a yota and t case in my truck. Anyone have tips or tricks to help me out? I also heard to put in some kind of jeep leafs in that will lift it more? I'd like to have the best stuff for flex. I have 33's on now with the IFS superlift and BL. I want to run 35x12.5's. And i have a limited budget so the cheaper the better.

If you're on a limited budget, sell the 720, and buy the Yota (since you'd have a NissaYota anyway). If you want the 720 look, graft the 720 cab onto the Yota frame.

You'll have to do something about driveshafts. I doubt stock ones will work.

The steering and shift linkage will probably have to be fabricated, or modified.

A welder would be useful. Wink

Engine oil pan clearance issues, possibly?

I have access to any welder necessary and a lathe if I need to make spacers or adapters of some sort. My dad is a mechanic and is really good with fabrication so i'm not in a real bind in that aspect.

Here's the simplest method:

Buy the divorce adapter for the Yota case. Remove the 720 case, and replace w/Yota case. Remove IFS and C200, and replace with Yota axles. Stay away from blocks and spacers! Save or charge for different spings (do some research, there may be some stock junk yard springs that will wprk for you). Decide on lift height and tire size before you start. Two choices, take a lot of time and effort planning, and do the swap quick, or do like me, and half-ass plan, and take forever on the build (running out of time and money as time goes along!).

OK thanks that helps a lot. But, just wondering why stay away from blocks? seems like almost all lifts come with them.

stay away from blocks

They cause axle wrap and are very unsafe upfront. 1" or 2" are fine out back but by no means should you ever use blocks up front. very unsafe on the trail and street.

After a while the blocks will cause the spring leafs to crack. The axle wrap is what causes the leafs to crack. If you use custom lift leaf springs your truck will be much safer and you'll not have to worry about axle wrap.
