it looks like a 350Z, but it looks a lot more like a G35 coupe....little longer wheelbase = better handling car.

not saying i dont like the 350 no. just would like the lines to be more along how the skyline currently looks. I think the r34 looks better.

feel the look takes away the distinction and makes it a beefy looking z.

Looking at that underbody shot I wonder about one thing. If that is for a VQ with two turbos, why do both downpipes come off on one side?

There is a lot of speculation on how much a VQ can take w/o major bottom end enhancements. But given the situation, there is no reason they can't have a different set of rods and pistons for that application.

10.5:1 compression ratio and twin turbo? there's a potential problem. It must run right on the edge of blowing up!

I got to drive a GT R when I lived in Japan the guy I lived with had a mid 90's Skyline and had a car shop he was pushing to the wheels 650hp. JR would get drunk and I would have to drive us home from the bar everone wanted to race, he ended up smashing into about 10 cars at light at 100 miles an hour and got booted of the island and almost died and becasue he hurt some people. The GTR is a bad ass car.

One of the reasons I drive Nissans. I think they are underrated in safety tests. I've been in two wrecks with a Z where the Highway Patrol asked me where the body was and I didn't have a scratch on me. I miss both those cars.

I shall now propose a toast in their name.

Actually, it's a RB26 with RB25 tranny. Probably go with one turbo instand of two, for simplicity...
