I'm thinking about doing my own custom front bumper set-up, possibly leaving the top steel portion (simiar to the SLR Xterra). Anyone have any input, ideas, pics....etc??

D-Rat, don't you have something like SLR on the front of your Frontier?

I like that prerunner winch bumper...who's got the pic?

Mine is a one off custom job done by a local shop. Frontiers have long crumple zone frame ends that were cut off prior to installation. The bumper is bolted on at 4 points - brackets come up from the body mounts, and bolts go into the frame ends where a plate has been welded with a 3/4" nut welded to the back to thread into. I plan to beef it further, but here's a pic of it.
