anyone know if any of the pathfinder steering box could be used for a replacement on an Xterra??

The WD21 box is different bolt pattern and differnt hookups on top of the steering box.

I picked one up at a junk yard and was suprised by the differences.

i had a feeling things were gonna be different on them. oh, well.

has anyone replaced the gaskets and seals in the steering box?? what's all involved and how much cursing is needed to do the job?

There are companies on line that rebuild steering boxes. red neck ram rebuilds them if you order their steering system. hyd steering that is.
