wanted a opinion on buying some gas shocks for a 98 fronty x cab 4wd. 99% used as a daily driver and the rest dirt road. don't want to spend too much.. would like to buy online or someone pulling theirs off for a lift. thanks |

If the truck is stock, I'd highly recommend a set of KYB Gas Ajust shocks for the front. I believe you can get them through Summit Racing.
Another option is Rancho RS5000's. The model number is 5188 for the front and 5116 for the back.  1998 Frontier 4x4, 2002 Xterra 4x4, and Z28 street rocket Pass here and go on. You're on the road to heaven - Kerouac |

does it matter if it has a IFS or a SFA for the front shocks?
