I dont know where I should post this so I'llstart here. I just purchased an 87 pathfinder, the two front body mounts behind the fender are broken and rusty, hard to weld rust to rust. What i'm wondering is can I replace the whole front clip? I have an 89 for parts and the body mounts are good. also is there a better manual I can buy for the pathfinder.I dont like the haynes maual. thanks

The body from the '89 should be the same. Swap to your heart's content. Smile

The Hayne's manual is good for some things. Chilton is good for others. You could order a Factory Service Manual (FSM) from the Nissan site. It is the best of all of them, though not cheap.

It's a fine line between clever and stupid.
