That conjures memories for me. My first car was a Fiat 850 sedan. It was very similar to the 600 in the video. It was my first wheeling rig. Fitted with snow tires, it was nearly unstoppable in mud or sand. I even had it airborne a few times.
Rear engine, rear-wheel-drive, fully independent suspension, liquid cooled, and very light. Mine came stock with 12" wheels.
