Possibly making a trip to Utah sometime in the next few months and wanted to see if there was anything going on that I could tag along for. I'll be flying out, so I won't have my HB or the folks' Frontier. Who all is in the St. George or Salt Lake City areas?

You might check with the RONIN boys. They are mostly in CO, but worth a try. I don't know of any good Utah sites offhand.

Thanks Res, I went ahead and registered over there.

BTW, do you have another Laurel run in the works? I promised I'd make the next one, just let me know.

Just tell me when you can make it over. I will put a run together. The best runs are with three or four trucks at the most and I can do that on short notice.

Since you are exploring new forums, register on Mississippi-Mud and we can hook up from there. Probably get dvdswan to convoy up with you. He is in Pensicola.

When I was looking in the latest post utility and I saw that Stone replied to this one, I knew what I was going to see before I ever clicked on it.

I was right.

Ute Indians...they were pushed out of CO 150 or so years ago. They were moved into UT...it was one of the reasons for the term "Indian Giver." They were given some worthless land in CO as it couldn't be farmed and to steep for cattle and etc, you know worthless ground...then it would seem that there were some funny shinny colored rocks found on their worthless ground....so the gift that they were given was taken back.

Oh boo hoo.

I'm going to go slit my wrist right now.

I'm kinda sick about all the Indian BS. Apparently not one person was allowed to come to this vast country how long ago?

Hundreds of years now?

Didn't these peaceful folks "war" with other tribes, the Spaniards etc?

In Arizona they have HAVE the best land in the State.

And are still cashing the checks.

Most expensive "thievery" of land in history..

Meh.
