Well we had a calamini sterring kit on there and a long storry but its gone now. The stock is back on and when i turn the tire rubs on the idler arm and causes severe tire damage how can i fix that?

Adjust the wheel stop on the lower part of the hub assembly. That will stop the wheel from turning into the idler arm. It will also slightly increase your turning radius, but that's not really a big issue.
