Anyone have close-up pics of their foglight installations that are installed in the small grills next to the turn signals? I'm mainly interested in the bracketry/method of attaching the lights. I believe I've heard that the assembly is taken from an older Pathfinder to complete this...? Any details are welcomed. Thanks!

i mounted set of the hella ff-75's in those bumper grills. if you pull out the plastic grills, you'll see a spot to drill into. i had to cut about a 4 inch section off each grill to make it fit around the bracket for the light, but it looks real clean. better than the stock ones you see i think

i don't have any pictures of the truck online at the moment, but if you want i can send you some, just email me bustacapyoyoyo@aol.com

I went with a pair of 6" round 150W Dick Cepek lights mounted boldly on top of my grill guard. They sit up above the grill like snow plow lights! Awsome visibility! No good on the street, however. They make other motorist's eyes water. smiley4

No, Thanks. I have been considering two more 6"ers on top of the grill guard, though. I think that would look tough. Sorta like a Baha setup. If I were to mount them above the roof line they wouldn't last a week with me driving. lol

93Hardbody4x4,
Is there still room for AIR to fit into your grill?

They came with the truck. Rusted and no longer connected. I laid them aside for awhile. Months later I researched them and realized they were potentially cool if I could reserect them. I tested them on the truck's battery and they worked! I restored the cases (once chrome) to a satin black finish. The clamp bands cleaned up, so I left them chrome. I thought I had a whole new look going until I saw them offered by a different brand the same way.

KC still offers the classic Daylighter 150 watt 6" round lights. Same thing as the Dick Cepec ones that I have except for the stamping in the tin. I recently saw the KC's in the JC Whitney catalog. Shop around. They're out there.
You can find cheaper ones, but the quality difference is in the reflecter precision and lens quality.
