I've had this problem before. Remember Gator? River Rock.

This is the noise I heard before I lost my drivers torsion bar anchor while driving to River rock orv park. I asked the alignment shop to re-index the t-bard. The driver’s side anchor was not seated properly. The torsion bar completely rounded off the splines on the anchors.

When you replaced the t-bars did you take out the clips. Or did you remove the front and anchors and replace them that way? If so look and make sure your anchors are seated properly.

It's not good to lose a t-bar $380 from Florida.

Happened to me too. It was my own fault though. There shouldn't be much spline showing behind the front anchor.

The upper control arms without grease jerks squeak a lot. Drill a couple holes and install grease jerks.
