I have a 1987 Nissan hardbody 4x4. I'm looking to add a 3 inch body lift and run some 33's. Will I have to upgrade the suspension at all? The truck will never see off-road, mainly just street and highway driving.

Replace the ball joints with moog and go with a hohaa center link with new moog tire rod ends.

You will be fine with 33's the as long as you have a stout suspensions. The bigger tires you run the harder they are on the suspension and steering.
