On COLD start, the car doesn't hold idle...it just dies. I have to press the gas pedal to keep it running. When it warms up, it's fine. I'm thinking it's the air idle control valve (AICV) or the fast idle control valve...may be dirty needs to be cleaned?? My question is, where the heck is these unit on the engine? I need to know exact where it is and what it looks like to take them out and clean them...thanks.

I suggest running the self diagnostics to see if the computer has stored any trouble codes.
