ok 4wd has her now just got off the phone with steve he said i need new tortions because the old ones are sagging so much that he cant alighn it. it also needs a clutch. thank god for bank loans.

I decided on a set of 32x 10.5 swampers but i will prolly have to change that because he doesnt think that the 32's will fit so if i have to change ill go with a 31" bfg mt

Shouldn't be. Last I knew he was putting them on his stock wheels ('96 to '97 HB wheels). But why not go bigger Joe? I'd have no problem fitting that size tire on my truck stock

HOpe you don't mind the twenty questions:

How's it ride? NOt bouncy, I hope.

Is there some space between the bumpstop/upperAarm??- you don't want to max out the CV's( they'll die quickly). The Tbars may need to be turned down.

Did they allign it for the $2200?

How's the rubbin' on turns/bumps, or did they pound out the wheelwells ,a little , with a sledgehammer?

beg, borrow and steal to get the printout of the allignment to verify it's in spec. They might try to raise the t-bars too high to clear the tires.. If that's the case, yor tires might not last very long if hwy driven. Nevermind, I see your getting SWampers-tire mileage isnt an issue, then. DO the swampers run true to size( actually measure 32" diameter?

I kknow alot of tires run a half inch or more under their advertised diameter.

I'm not saying that 32's will be a problem- only that 31's are generally the accepted limit w/o resorting to extraordinary measures like a BFH and sawzall.

Depends on what rim you mount them to, and what pressure you keep the tires at. Size can range from 30.5 to 32 on a 32" Swamper radial.
