i was trying to remove the plastic console on the dash to check out the wiring for my cigar lighter. I removed the two major screws, but it's not budging..are there a couple more screws somewhere holding this thing in?

If you are talking about the peice that goes around the AC Vents and down to the radio (on a mid 90s hardbody/pathfinder), it pops off once the screws are undone. Just pull straight out from the dash and it will pop out.

From '90 to '95 there were 4 screws on my HB and pathy. Two at the ash tray and two at the top, under the lip. On my '01 there's only 2....



01 SC CC 4x4, 5 spd. Sand dune with matching snugtop.
