Anyone else have trouble instaling the front t bars on there truck? the problem i have is that i cant get the front as high as the rear. i indexed the bars with the arms all the way hanging down adjusters all the way out slid the adjusters on then tighten them up, but now theres no front susp. travel and its still not as high as the rear. help me please, should this thing be this stiff?

you need some down travel/space above your bumpstops.

The front has nothing to do w/ the rear, so if you want it to match- lower the rear.

Make sure your bump stops arent maxed out. If they are get some low profile ones, if they aren't touching then get low profile bump stops and re-index your Torsion bars and crank them again. If that don't work.......I hope you like the bull dog look.

just talked to calmini and they said to remove t bars lower truck down to the bump stops then reinstall bars and crank it back up, man i dont know seems like a waste of 800 bucks to me.

The lift does as advertised. The arms allow you to still get good camber specs with a 2.5-3" torsion bar crank. A good rule of thumb is to be able to slide a finger between the UCA and the bumpstop - that'll give you a couple inches of downtravel. Pickups typically do sit tail high until you load them down.

If you just install the add-a-leaves then wait a while, they will settle a good bit. I have the A/C lift and i couldnt get it to level out for a few months, but now i can jack the front higher than the back.

everything whent just fine, i finished it today i have no clue what the problem was after i indexed them 3 times it was fine, it looks great and hope its as good in the woods, thanks
