I got a 96 HB with a H233B and i was wonderin if it is a 31 spline if so then i can get a detroit locker right?

Last thing I knew was Detroit locker for the h233b were not being made anymore. So 4x4parts may have a few of the ones that was made. if not find a open carrier and put in a lockright.

why oh why were the 96's and 97 4 pinnions ISnt that what is different about them instead of two? I want a freaking lock rite but no my HB is too new

you still need the 4 pinion carrier for a detroit locker.

Just the 97 (7/96 on) got the 2-pinion, the rest were 4-pinion.
