I forgot to look
The fsm says, drive in 2wd over 25mph for over a minute, then ground the pin and check the codes. leave the engine running. I think the initial long light indicates that it's giving you "code one", then it blinks out the first code. Code 8 indicates a short in the DUMP solenoid. The diagnostic procedure is: - Remove battery ground cable. Check resistance between pins 17 and 11 on the connector for the control unit. it should be ~1.5ohms. Look under the driver's seat. - on the connector for the actuator, check resistance between pins 1 and 2. It should be ~1.5ohms. This is on the frame rail. - make sure terminal 2 is grounded on the connector for the actuator. |
