I have noticed that my truck just started having issues with throttle sticking. It is a 5sp, and when I lift the clutch, the tach doesn't change / drop to idle. If I pull back on the throttle with my toes, it will drop. However, it doesn't seem to move much, and I feel like I'm pulling against the stop.

Any ideas? Is it adjustable?

Thanks in advance.

Pul off the air cleaner assy ,and try to work the throttle by hand.. Maybe all you need is a spritz of WD40 or similar .on the cable/ butterfly

clean the bore of the throttle body with carb cleaner or deep creep, they get carbon buildup in them and it causes the throttle plate to stick and not close fully. That is very likely what is causing your problem.
