Just got done talkin to the local 4x4 club and they have got me really stoked about a SAS!! Said if I supply the parts they will basically cut and weld everything. Plus they got me going in the right direction with the location of an front D44 out of a Waggy. big grin

HH, hows the locker holding up? Mine should be here next week.

Dana 44.. WOW.. I talked to Phoenix 4 wheelers last week and they quoted me a price between 7,000 amd 8,000 dollars. They do GREAT work and can be trusted. This includes DYNAATRAC axle with all the stong parts. This is a future, if I am going the wrong direction, let me know. I have reduced my 3" lift to about 2" and have replaced my centerlink twice. I have installed the idler arm brace and do NOT know what impact it had.

My goal is a 4 to 5 inch lift... Do not like all the hanging hardware.

I got it up over the hood. The creek had a solid bottom so I didn't have to worry about sinking. Too bad the altenator died on me the following week.
