You can now purchase a full Detroit locker assembly. Those of you who are looking at lockers, this is the best of the best as mechanical lockers go.

I ran a Detroit "no spin" locker in my h233b, get me plenty of places I had no business being.

In my opinion there’s no comparison between A full Detroit locker and the powertrax lock-right locker.

It isn't compatible with the off beat 1996-1997 233b's is it? The axles that you can't use the lockrites in i mean

According to the website it's been out for a while now. Still new to me. Last time I was on 4x4parts.com they were still on the old site.

Kyle96HB- Yes, The full Detroit locker will fit any h233b axle with 31 spline shafts. It's a full replacement. You bolt up the ring gear and install new carrier bearings.

The Detroit no slip replaces the guts of the carrier. 96-97 Nissan went to a different style carrier making it non-compatible for mechanical lockers.

sure will. You will need access to a shop press for the new carrier bearings. Everything els can be done at home.
