I order my 3 inch susp lift last friday and was told that it would be 3 weeks before they could ship it they said it was on back order. Is this something that happens at Calmini all the time? Or is the lift just that much in demand. I will be getting my steering kit as soon as the lift gets here. Kinda waiting to see how the service is before i order anything else.
Just depends on inventory on hand at any given time. At least they told you that there would be a significant wait up front, and they won't charge your card until the parts ship. That's one nice thing about Calmini.
The wait will be worth it, as you'll get quality parts.

Dam that was fast David just called me back and said that my kit would be shipping out next week.So while i had him on the phone i ask about the steering kit he said that the steering kits where being put together and will be ready for shiping next week and in stock.
Well being charged was not really the issue here i am glad they did because i am closeing the account next week and would rather it already be paid for.
I've been waiting 2 weeks for mine for my Frontier. Every time I call, I'm told it'll be shipping out at "the end of the week"...
Can you tell I'm not too optimistic at this point??
But it'll be worth it when I get it, so I'm not upset.
WOW that must be the standard answer man thats the same they told me but i can wait to get the best as soon as i get the susp kit i am ordering the steering kit . My X should look pretty good with 3 inch body lift,3 inch susp lift, and 33 inch tires.I have the bull bar on already with a full set of skid row plates.....
Sounds like you're building up nicely, Price. The X looks huuuge with a 3+3 lift. Check out early shots of EastsideX, Gothamist, Pikachu... For what it looks like. Actually, Pika's got a 3+2 lift unles that changed.
I'm still debating a 2" lift. A 3" lift is a lot more work.
Hey no update here yet i actually have been to busy at work to check on my order but i am waiting so all i can do is just sit here and look at all the other X's and hope mine looks as good as some of the others do .....
