Does any one have a picture of the custom cross member under the tranny pan (SASd)? I saw some pics here and other places but can't find it no more. I thought my custom drive shaft would clear but looks like I have to mod the cross member there. Any picture woould be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Riad

I REALLY liked the one that Thomas (BigWhiteOne) in Chattanooga has on his Pathy, it was pretty trick. Pics are around here somewhere I think...

Yeah, mine is ghetto and is made out of junk laying around a sod farm....but it is functional and it's low profile.

I'm sure John had a little bit to do with the design. Welder

Yeah, I know Jon was a big part of it.
He posted 3 pictures of it yesterday, none are all that good, but it's enough to get the gist of the design:

Thanks Brent. So did he get rid of the other cross member and basically extended the Tcase cross member? Or that year Pathy has different frame design? I see he made the cross member plenty strong. It is also his mounting point for the radious arms. My radious arms seem to be longer (then his) and they are mounted on the cross member under the TCase. If I had shorter radious arms, I probably would have done some thing similar. Neverthless, you're right, his looks pretty good. Due to my situation, I think I like DR's ghetto style cross member. I simply need to have front D-Shaft cleared.

Here's one more:

The cool thing is that this mounts to the existing points on the frame and simply shifts the beef of the crossmember back and has that saddle extending ahead to meet the tranny mount point. No goofy "U" just a straight solid beam end to end.
