IIRC, the Paladin is the version of the X that is sold in China. They are the same, I believe.

The Paladin is mechanically the same, but has the Frontier nose, different fender flares, no bulge on the back hatch, and a rectangular rear window rather than the stepped bottom edge like the US one. Inside it also has a different dash, a real freakin' console handbrake and other minor differences. Here's the website:
